More than 200 companies railway owners\u00a0located within the borders of the territorial district of\u00a0Astana are the consumers of our services.<\/p>\n<p>The consignee\/consignor determines independently\u00a0front of freight loading\/unloading and can choose any\u00a0convenient railway track (dead end) in the industrial\u00a0zone of the city of Astana. On railway tracks and\u00a0unloading fronts owned by Astana Railways, wagons\u00a0are served at the request of the consignee\/consignor.\u00a0If the owner of the railway track and the unloading\u00a0front is another legal entity, the supply of a wagon to\u00a0this track is made upon an application agreed with\u00a0the owner of this track.<\/p>\n<p>In order to exercise transportations and coordinate\u00a0car supply \/ removal operations, the company has its\u00a0own dispatching department, interacting with the\u00a0dispatching departments of Astana and Sorokovaya\u00a0stations. Uninterrupted work for car supply\/removal\u00a0to the railway owners\u2019 approach lines is carried out 24\u00a0hours a day.
